Our team was approached by a customer who wished to knock down there old packing shed to build a beautiful and spacious house that would offer breathtaking views of the west coast.
The property was constructed using a timber frame build which provides excellent insulation value.
To enhance the overall look of the house, we incorporated a silicone render system and composite cladding, adding a touch of diversity to the exterior.
The upper level of the house boasts a generously sized bedroom, a family bathroom, and a snug area that offers panoramic views of the sea. On the ground floor, we created an open plan kitchen and living area, allowing for seamless interaction between family members or guests. The addition of bifold doors leading out onto the patio further enhances the connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces. Additionally, we included a utility room, a convenient w/c, and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
By successfully executing this project, we were able to fulfill our customer's desire for a modern and comfortable home that not only maximizes space but also takes full advantage of the stunning coastal views.

This family had a conservatory that was causing significant issues whenever it rained. The outdated structure would leave the house flooded, creating a major inconvenience for the family.
In order to address this problem, the decision was made to demolish the tired old conservatory and replace it with a more functional and modern solution. To create a larger and more practical space for the family, we installed a large steel beam across the rear of the house. This allowed us to create one large family room that would serve as a versatile and comfortable gathering area for everyone.
To ensure ample natural light, we incorporated two roof lights into the design, adding a touch of elegance and brightness to the space. To add a touch of uniqueness, we included a feature panel wall with LED lighting above. This not only serves as a focal point but also adds a sense of ambiance and sophistication to the space.
An underfloor heating system was installed in both the kids' rooms and the large family room.
In order to make this new extension stand out from the rest of the house, the customer opted for a colored cement board cladding instead of traditional render on the outside. This choice not only adds visual interest but also creates a modern and distinctive look that sets it apart from the rest of the property. The colored cement board cladding provides durability and low maintenance, ensuring that the new extension will continue to look stunning for years to come.

Our team has had the opportunity to work on this house in three different stages, each phase bringing unique improvements to the overall structure.
The first stage involved the construction of a timber frame extension, which not only added more space but also created a stunning aesthetic with its high vaulted ceilings. This extension encompassed a new living area, utility room, shower room, and even a garage. The rustic style cladding used for the garage and doors seamlessly blends in with the rest of the extension, creating a cohesive look.
Moving on to the next phase, our team was tasked with converting the old lounge into a luxurious master bedroom. This transformation included the creation of a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom, adding functionality and convenience to the space. By reimagining the layout and incorporating modern design elements, we were able to breathe new life into this formerly outdated area of the house. The end result was a master bedroom that exuded both comfort and style, providing the homeowners with a sanctuary within their own home.
Finally, our team undertook the task of revamping the attic space. Our first step was to strip out any existing materials and install new insulation to bring it up to code. With these foundational improvements in place, we transformed the attic into a versatile office and snug area. A key highlight of this final stage was the introduction of a sleek and modern glass staircase, which not only facilitated access but also added a touch of sophistication to the space.
